The resort offers lots of options to entertain the whole family. It has a cafe, store, restaurant, pool, park, and jumping pillow! You can hire the pedal bikes. The gym is also located on site. Customer service seems great!
The soundproofing was minimal. I could hear the upstairs neighbors dragging furniture late into the night.

Acceptable but Room for Improvement

heated swimming poollate check-instaff shortage
The heated swimming pool was good.
The room was not ready when we arrived at 2:45 pm. Check-in is from 2 pm (I had a 5-year-old and a 3-year-old with me). Reception told us 100 rooms needed cleaning with only 5 staff. We did not get our family room until nearly 5 pm.
